I Want A Pop-Up Wedding For Less Than 30 Guests - Will I Get A Discount?
The price of a Pop-Up Wedding includes up to thirty people which is the minimum price for a Popup Wedding.
You may be able to add up to 20 extra people – please contact us to find out more.
Can I Choose My Own Date?
Yes, any date – based on availability.

For pop-up weddings, the base package includes up to 30 guests.
You can add up to 20 more guests — please contact us for pricing and availability.
I Don't Have Any Guests - Is That Okay?
Weddings where just the couple are present are so intensely romantic and intimate, we LOVE them! Our staff are happy to step in as witnesses to your nuptials if you should choose to have no other guests present at your wedding.
There will still be lots of hurrahs, bubbly and cake at the reception!

Can I Visit from Overseas For A NZ Pop-Up Wedding?
We’re happy to perform marriage ceremonies for overseas couples.
You’ll need to apply for a NZ marriage licence.
For your union to be legally recognised in your home country, you may require some form of confirmation, so check at home to find out what is required.
When Should I Book My Space for A Pop-Up Day?

That depends on the venue and the type of wedding you’re planning.

Are Children Welcome?
Kids bring a whole new element of fun to a wedding, and they’re absolutely welcome. Kids under 5 years of age are free of charge and don’t count toward your guest total, you just need to let us know.
What Can I Expect From The Mini-Reception?
You’ll have 2 hours for your mini-reception, where you’ll cut the cake, have toasts to the happy couple and enjoy some food and drink.
Can I have More Guests at My Registry Style Wedding?
If you’d like more guests, consider a Pop-up Wedding.
Registry Weddings are simple 30 to 40 minute services.
Can We Have Personalised Vows?
We’ll ask that you have your vows to us a month before your wedding though, so no writing them last minute!
We’ll have a copy of your chosen vows on the day… in case you forget yours!
Can You Provide Witnesses for Us?
Yes, we can, please enquire for pricing.
